Preview of the Arts and The Reverly are producing a one night only performance on October 13th of “CYCLOPS: A ROCK OPERA”, this production is straight off from their hit run at the New York Musical Theater Festival. Created by Psittacus Productions, a Los Angeles-basednonprofit theater and multimedia company, the critically acclaimed "CYCLOPS" features an original score of 24 genre-bending songs written by LA-based musicians Jayson Landon Marcus and Benjamin Sherman.

At Joe's Pub on February 23, 2011, Preview of the Arts presents a second coproduction with American Place Theatre, when actor Rich Orlow performs an adaptation of Ray Bradbury's classic novel “Fahrenheit 451.” This haunting look at the dangers of censorship in a modern world will be followed by Mr. Bradbury himself, in a video interview with David Kener, Executive Director, American Place Theatre.

In January 2011, the Preview was pleased to support the work of Jason Sweettooth Williams, who starred in his one man show, “Sweettooth: Songs from the Cookie Jar,” at the Laurie Beechman Theater. Renowned composer Joe Iconis accompanied Sweettooth, reprising their first collaboration for the Preview of the Arts 2011, when they staged a reading of Joe Iconis's Musical “Rewrite.”
